There are two adjusters at similar locations for each headlight. With the hood up, look downwards on top of the front hood frame just behind the headlights. There are two holes by each headlight, one at the (outside?) of the headlight, and the other more towards the centre. A Phillips head screwdrive (long and skinny) will fit down below the frame metal into a gear wheel with a star shaped opening in its centre, that you will see below the top of the frame. This gear adjusts the headlight inwards and outwards, or up and down, depending on the location (both outer gears adjust similarly - up/down, or in/out I think). A spay of penetrating oil on the gear helps sometimes. One of the sets of gears needs the screwdriver to be held at a slight angle sideways.
good luck!
