rear bumper removal

I am trying to remove the rear bumper from an '84 Honda CRX. The repair manual is no help. I can't get to the bolts to loosen them. I do not want to ruin bumper, just loosen it so i can straighten it. Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks.

In the lower half of the plastic bumper cover you'll find 2 holes, remove the bolts that are in these holes and the bumper should slide right off.

if the bolts are rusted stuck , just pray them with WD40
