Are the newer rx7s practical daily drivers? I'm 18 and I know insurance will be high for a 94, and I would be driving it everyday, but is it really practical?

where do you drive?
insurance will be ALOT if your 18, can you get your parents to cover it?
honestly, its not the best dd i can think of, the mileage isnt too great and the rides a little stiff (unless you dont care about that, i dont).
but i have a friend that DD's his FD, and ive been given a ride in it, its great

I live in Alabama and I'm not sure what the insurance is yet....have a ball park?. What do you mean when you say the milage ins't that great? Are you talking about the life of the motor? Would turning the boost down help? I really like this car and it seems like the only reason it wouldn't be a great DD is the motor...but if I can find ways around that then I will. Any other advice? Thanks

i mean the gas mileage isnt that good
i have no idea what your insurance could be, theres a number of variables that affect the cost

The motor makes a good DD, so long as you don't dirve it like a granny and let the carbon build up on it. I would suggest letting her open right up every once and a while.
