Any Suggestions

If there is anyone who had the funds to build the perfect B18c1 motor, what would you do? What parts would you use(brands and sizes), Turbo or N/A, Tranny, etc.? The reason I ask, I am builing this motor, and want to compare some of the things that I used, and the way that I am setting up my motor, with someone else. I just dont want to build any B18, I want it to be eating up the competition(on the track), Tooooo much money going into this one for street racing and chancing it. And I know alot of people who might read this will say to themselves, this is a guy that is trying to steal someone else's build and call it his own. Not the case, just wanted someone elsesthoughts to compare. let me know..
