Instead of Flushing out the radiator i changed my front brake pads instead, it was a lot easier than i thought. Reading from the Haynes manual is helpful but i notice that the procedure they have in the book is a bit different for a 2000 Bravada.
Heres what i find out:
TOOLS needed: 6in. C-clamp and a wrench plus a flat-top screwdriver
1. Take the wheel off
2. Use C-clamp to push in the piston,
3. Remove caliper mount bolts, with wrench not hex key.
4. Take off the the caliper and put it some where. like a jack stand
5. Use screwDriver to pry at the ends of the brake pads where the clips
are. One pad is still on the rotor and the other on the caliper.
6. Use a C-clamp and old brake pad to push the piston back in some
more, all the way
7. Pop in the new brake pads, it should come with new clips.
8. Put everything back together.
oh yeah also spray down the the brake with brake cleaner b4 and after and wear latex gloves if you work at a coffee shop the next day.
Also i had a hard time taking off the mount bolt with so little space, so i turned the steering wheel all the way to the right when changing the left brake.
