No acceleration power. Top speed about 45 mph. Car has 200 lbs pressure in each cylinder. Cranks o.k. New plugs, boots, fuel filter have been installed, no help. Was running fine. next time I cranked it, no power. 1997 Cavalier 2.4

Clogged exhaust maybe? A plugged cat for instance prohibits the engine from "exhaling", increasing the back pressure.
