Paint Job

I know you guys have probably been asked this a billion times but, how much would a paint job cost that would last for about 4 years, and whats the best place to go in St. Louis.
Or if it would be over $900, how much would a fiberglass hood painted gold cost?
(My car is currently gold)
I am asking these questions because I want to buy a RAM Air Hood and obviously want to have it painted. I would prefer if it were two colors (red and black), but I good paint job can cost some money so I would think the two colors would cost way too much. So I was thinking about sticking to painting it just black. I want something however that would last and if I can't get that for less then $900, I could just stick with the gold and have the hood painted to match.
I know that these may be hard questions to answer as everyone has their own prices but if you guys could point me in the right direction that would be great.
