The car may be listed for sale on a Russian website, but the car is not in Russia. Those pictures were taken in German, likely outside KS Autohandel.
It is not uncommon, when a car like this McLaren is for sale, for several places to list the car as if it were in their possession. If you attmept to purchase the car through one of them, then they will simply tack on a broker's fee to your purchase price ensuring they get a piece of the action. That's why it's always best to find the person who owns the car and deal directly with them.
Looking at the other cars listed for sale there, one is the EB110 GT that is also available at KS Autohandel and another is Wyclef Jean's Pagani Zonda, which is located here in the USA. I have those pics of Wyclef's car on my PC without the blurred license plates and you can clearly see they were taken here.

The owner of #R11 and #51 is still Stephen Rosenberg in Stockholm (Solna).
