1989 Ford Taurus electircal problems

I have an '89 Ford Taurus, with some odd behavior: My in-dash blower fan cuts in and out..... it was out for months then came back again the other day when I cut my wheel all the way turning left and gave the car a jolt. I have tried hunting for a broken or fragmented wire or loose connection, but don't know where to look....would it be easier to just rewire? And where is everything located? Winter is coming, and as I am already missing a driver's side window and working wipers, I need the heat and windshield defroster to be in working order.

Which brings me to problem 2 ...... the wiper blades. They worked for a bit when I first got the car, but only when pushing the spray button. Now, that doesn't even worker, but the sprayer pump still does.

HELP! HELP! ...I am poor and this is the only I car I will have for the interim for getting my wife and I to work. Any guidance, or diagram pics would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your time.

I'll bet you need a new turn signal arm/switch. I had my headlights cut out on me, and they replaced the turn signal arm, which apparently controls most of the electronics (wipers, headlights, brights) in the car.
