Has anyone driven the 2002 300 series (328) with and without all wheel drive? I heard there are some handling differences, as well differences in the amount of ground clearance. I would appreciate any opinion as to the pros and cons. Thanks!

i believe that 328's are no longer being made.. 325 or 330 is the closest

If you want a AWD get a Audi... from everything I've heard/read nothing beats their Quattro.
