96 transport 3.4 no start

Checked all the fuses and tested the fuel pump and relay. I can run it on carb cleaner but PCM will not turn on fuel pump or triger injectors. Both have power. No codes. Bad PCM ?????

Did you check for pulse at the injectors with a noid lite, how much fuel presure at the rail, any? power at the injectors is good, but the pcm grounds them, same for pump. May have one not the other?

Not a fuel pressure problem the PCM will not turn on the relay for the fuel pump. What about cam sensor?
