should the cpi unit have 12 volts with key on. replaced a fuel pump .
an cpi unit .didnt check fuel pressure.turned key on, and removed injector, wiring connected, no fuel . lost know idea?

Injector has full time power, but the grounding circuit must be "pulsed" by the ECM to spray gas. Not sure you can test this without an injector pulse tester.
