Why would you call that crap? Sure it looks bad, but it's got a ton of performace mods to it. All it needs is some new paint, take off the body kit, and fix up the interior. :2cents:

I'm wondering if it's full of mods or full of crap. He said he replaced all the seals and gaskets, yet I see a pool of oil near the spark plug wires. The whole ad reads like an article out of Sport Compact Car.

The pool of oil is just because of an old oil filler cap. Mine does it too no biggie. But either way the car looks kind of sketchy. It may have lots of mods but theres always a hidden reason for selling;)

I would just generally question a car that has a claimed $15,000 in upgrades but has a bad oil cap and the blowoff valve is not hooked up right. Also, the engine bay looks like shit for having replaced the engine. At the least the car has been built somewhat half-assed.

They did take Dsmtrader off line because of to much fraud. Why should ebay be any diffrent? Anyone willing to spend 10,000 on that car deserves it.

I would be very concerned about what has and hasnt been supposedly done to this car. Would have to see it first hand and drive it as well as have it cked by a good mechanic before I would even put in a bid for it.
Something just doesnt jive here, the mods that have supposedly been accomplished vs the price that is on the veh as well as the condition of or the appearance of the engine compartment. This one may have been run hard and put up wet.
Someone could really get burned on this if they are not careful and do a very thorough inspection of the vehicle.
Might have some good parts but even with that not sure its worth 5G's

Yeah, the bov isn't hooked up right, and he says he has nitrous, but I don't see the lines. The oil cap is on the oposite side from the pool of oil, and why hasn't he upgraded the ignition wires to go witht he rest of the $15k worth of mods he has. Notice no one has bid on the auction?

Yeah really, that shift "knob" really doesn't belong in a Talon or any DSM at that.
The car really doesn't look all that bad but I wouldn't pay that much for it. Well I guess if you want "400 hp" and you want to take his word on it then go ahead and place your bid, I know the auction has already ended but thats ok that's just my :2cents:

The top one's an AVC-R boost controller, the lower one is an SAFC...

He said hes willing to take 5k for the car. I think if its halfway decent it would be worth it. Altezzas always make me iffy on a car though.
