Its comming from the rear (I think the right) when I accelerate, but once I hit 40 or so it stops. Also, it stopped making the noise for a week and then came back. Is this just my bearings or something else?

It could be your bearings or the CV joint. When you are slowly rolling along can you hear it? When my bearings went bad it sounded kind of like a low pitched scrape that would pause and make the sound again repeatedly within a rotation of the wheel. The CV joints are more of a clicking noise when they go. You may want to take the right CV joint off, pack the boots with grease then put it back on the car reversed. That stopped my clicking...

It only does it when I am accelerating or decelerating in gear at speeds below 35. And the other thing is, it takes about 10-15 minutes of driving before it starts making the noise. What could that mean?

I would guess CV joints. however, I would not reverse the axle joint. If you have wear patterns in the joints they are junk. If you reverse them the will be worse and probably break. I've found that its usually the left joints. I assusme the heat from the exhaust causes the greese to fail sooner than the right. Also make sure you pack the joint itself-don't just fill up the boot. Good luck!

I ended up taking the cv joints apart, and turns out there were crack in the bearing housings. I replaced the half shafts and now it is perfect.
