hi i was walking down the street and i saw a beat up old convertible sitting behind a store i went and took a look at it and noticed it was a 4 door convertible which i dont really recall ever seeing before. any way i looked at it for a while and it said super 88 on the back. the guy who owned it came out and i asked him about it but he must have found the car or somthing cause he had no clue about ne thing about it. I just got home and have been on the internet looking for this car for hours and can only find hard top 4 doors hard top 2 doors and 2 door convertible no 4 door convertibles at all. From the pictures i have seen it looks like a 1962 but i cant be sure. What i want to know is does this car exsist or did somone just chop the top off a four door it doesnt look like any chopping was done but maybe they just did a good job. if any one has any idea what this car might be id like to know ive got some pictures just let me know and ill send them.

Bingo!!

The only 4 door, post-war American convertible was the '61-67 Lincoln.
