My 2000 Bravada, service AWD indicator is still on, even after being service. I've taken it back to be rechecked and my mechanic has assured me that the service has been performed correctly and he has used the manufactures recommended fluids. He has also checked and clean the connections and after performing the service, reset the system. The indicator stays on a few days and then it'll go off and then it will come back on and stay on for a few days. The vehicle drives and shifts okay; wonder if the sensor may need to be changed, like it's not reading correctly. Are there any other problems similar to this and what are the steps we can take to clear this? Are we missing something? That indicator is driving me crazy! HELP!!!!

Thanks for looking; I'm searching/looking at all the other subjects to see if something may be close/similar. I've sent GM an email, and so far, no response. My mechanic stated that it isn't leaving any repair code, but I will take the vehicle and have it read again to see if the indicator is leaving a code; the service awd indicator has been on since my last post. I will continue to check. Thanks!
