help urgent oil pan needs removing

help wife hit a metal object i now have a hole in the oil pan tray i have removed all the screw (i think) still wont come away

Then you must not have all teh screws out...
Mine I had to take a rubber mallet and whack it from the side a few times to break the seal, esp if its been on there a long time. Get ready for a mess when it falls too, lol.

I fixed an oil pan once with JB Weld. Never leaked.

You will have to drop down the exhaust pipe, you will never get it out if you don't. Make sure you have removed the two bolts going parrellel with the transmission. (13 mm ?) Now you will have to strike the pan with a rubber mallet or use a block of wood w/ a hammer, and try and break loose the silicone seal. You can also try prying down with a pry bar to "pop" it loose. Make sure your careful about cleaning the silicone off the block. Using some brake cleaner might help, Good Luck
