What would YOU do?

I had/have a 1996 Tahoe with 215,000 miles on it. Never had any problems until the past year.

I just saw a 1996 Tahoe for sale in the paper with 90,000 miles for $6900. What are my odds of getting lucky again and getting a truck I can drive for another 4 years up to around 180,000? Should I go for it?

Come on, 9 views and no responses? We're all Tahoe lovers here. Would you give probably $6,500 or so for a 1996 with 90K?

Hell yea, I would. But then again, I would also budget $2000 of fix up costs. Your getting a discount for something, I would inspect that truck with a fine tooth comb for sure!!! I don't know what NADA says off hand, but I'm sure that truck shouldn't go for less than 10k. Good Luck, and tell us what you do. -Chris
