I need to do some upholstrey work on my interior.
What is a good adhesive to use ?

3m spray adhesive is the best.

I agree. The 3M 76 is the best, the nozzle is adjustable for better control of your spray, 77 is also good but not as much control. Apply on both surface and let dry for 3 minutes before pressing pieces together(touch with your finger, if it stick, but glue does not stay on your finger, it's ready to press together).
I used to cover Pool tables for a living and this is the best stuff I found to work. Low odor, mess and high hold strenght.
