Ignition switch

Hello everyone:
Can anyone tell me how hard it might be to replace the ignition switch on my 95 Corsica (tilt steering). I've checked my Haynes manuel and it was a bit vague on how to. It did say that because I have tilt steering - I would have to have a dealer disingage the tilt steering mechanism with a special tool before I could proceed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
