Evo IC?

Ok well my freind is selling me an evo8 IC and im trying to figure out if it would fit my 1990 h/b 240sx with an rb20det in it...and what kind of mods would i have to do to get the IC in there. Would it be worth it?

the same stuff to get any Intercooler to work.
-Piping
-Cut Front Bumper
-Holes for Piping

The Evo IC is what I want to use. it holds 400WHP and is relatively small for quick response
