New Exhaust????

I want to put new exhaust on my 98 grand prix gt, but idk what to go with. I want it to be loud. do i have to put new headers and everything to get that or can i just put tips on??????

If you just want it loud then get some mufflers, and cut the resonator off.

I hear doin that makes it sound loud but annoying??? i want it loud but not annoying!
