Will '98 Metro seats mount in a '94

I have a 94 Metro XFI with a broken seat mount on the drivers side. I have found two seats out of a '98 Metro. Does anyone know if they will bolt up to the existing holes or will I have to do modifications? Any help would be greatly appreciated. To clarify, the part that is broke is the part of the frame that mounts to the floor.

Front seats are a drop in. I have done it 3 times on my MK3 Metros. It is a big upgrade from the old seats too.
