so, i dont really know much about cars...wish i did but im a computer guy.
im thinking about getting a cold air intake to increase my hp and i believe it increases gas mileage. i thought i'd get a few opinions (yes, no, other) and recomendations (brand or anything else) on this. thanks.

i bought that exact one, it actually made a difference, i was impressed, car runs alot smoother

thaks guys. i had no idea those thing were so cheap i thought id be spending like 250.00. i'll definetly be doing that now. any big differences after the install? gas mileage and performance?

I would be interested in getting one of these things for the fuel savings. I am not interested in the supposed roar from the engine compartment.
Is it really noticable? I really don't want my LeSabre sounding like a dragster. Thanks.

there is a pronounced sucking sound. In all honesty, I would just go to lowes and making one out of black PVC, the chrome really looks gauddy in the engine compartment. The sound is louder than the engine just by a little, only at idle.
