I had an old lady stop me in the parking lot while ago and she can't get her overhead lights to go out. ANy help for the old lady? Only other thing I can do tonight is hunt for the fuse and unplug it unless I get help here. Thnx in advance!! Forgot to mention it's either a 90 or 92 Buick LeSabre. She's not sure. Thnx!!!

She probably moved the lever for the instrument cluster dim/bright lights all the way to turn on the passenger compartment lights. It might be a short and you're back to fuse to turn it off.

Thnx for the quick reply!!! While I was waiting, she found her owner's manual and it turned out to be a 92 and Yes, she had slid the lever all the way to the right!! I got them all turned off for her and now she's happy. By the wya, she's 81 and getting senile so I'm sure I'll be doing it again. Thnx again and have a great night!!!!
