Speed limiter for the 06 6L

I noticed the 06 6L GTO has 200 on the speedo, does anyone know if this car has a speed limiter?

The speedo means exacly ZIP when it comes to top speed. I read somewhere the 04-05 models were limited to 155mph. I don't know how accurate that information is. I would assume it would be the same for the 06 model.

i think it is closer to 165mph. at least for the 2004 models.
