i wasnt looking at buying it but it looks like a car from like a city public auction. anyone ever go to one of thoses?

It'd buy it for restoration project. Seems like something that the car deserves.

well i would need to get rid of the one camaro i have right now and i am more of a fan of 3rd gen then 2nd gen

Im more of a 3rd gen fan than 2nd but nothing wrong with trying to restore a fellow Camaro that needs it.

I didnt like the way the last 2gens looked. As far as that car its looks like it has seen better days. Definatly a front clip and header panel work maybe worse. Good burnout for a 6 popper though.
