This is what will be installed in the car by the end of next month. A disaster of course would slow that down, but I think I should be okay.

That sounds like a heck of a setup, any estimates on the power output? That stage 5 clutch is gonna be a bit of an on/off clutch isn't it, either nothing or everything?
Mr. Luos

Yeah, but most Spec clutches are like that. I have driven a Stage 4 before, and 3-4 local guys told me the Stage 5 is streetable, so.....
I am looking for about 500 RWHP with this set-up N/A.

Will do.
The biggest thing right now is waiting to see what pans out with this oil pump. There was a striped helicoil in it where the oil pickup connects to the pump....wouldn't torque down.
SLP is telling my dealer this is my fault. I wish that company would just step up for once and admit shit happens. Not everything goes out perfect. Probably will be two weeks before I get a pump to work with....No more SLP parts for me, terrible customer service. You would think a company that is starting to slide would try to help their customers out better.

Damn, two weeks for a oil pump... That's pretty long...
Are you getting your rear end fixed soon? Because I'm sure you want full power out of that beast... I know I want to see it :D And without a good rear end you wont be able to launch it hard...

There won't be any hard launches for a while.
The stock rear end will hold up 'okay' for now at my altitude. I lose a bunch of power up here.

I have been using that sig for years man.
The guy that did it was from a different board, and he hasn't posted there in well over a year.
BTW...that oil pump. SLP is expecting mine before they get me a new one. That is the frustrating part. I sent it out today, even spent money to have it rushed a little bit.
Once they get it, they will take their sweet ass time too....

They normally aren't too bad. Just this time they are saying I did it. Just admit that not everything comes out perfect and work with me to replace it quickly.
They have always taken a little longer to ship stuff to me, but they are in New Jersey and I am in Colorado. Couple days at least.
SLP is overpriced, and after this experience, I assume they aren't the best with customer service.
Understand this as well though. I haven't talked to them directly. I have been going through my dealer. Things might be a little different if I called them and bitched. Maybe I should. Anyways....

Luos, that thing is truly going to be a beast of a machine. Might warn any passengers to bring a fresh change of pants, or just plastic wrap their seats.
Seeing all those Texas Speed parts you're getting makes me feel all warm :) I live maybe 20-30 minutes from TSP here in Lubbock. I found a friggin crapload of parts that offer stage III heads, intake and throttle body work for my 6 and I have plans on getting this lined up for the summer w/ a tranny swap :evillol:
