Help, Weird Sound

Hello, I have a 2004 Dodge Intreped. It has about 90k miles on it. There is what appears to be a fan on the passenger side at the front that is what I think is making a weird sound and it had can kinda loud. When I am driving slow or put in it reverse it wants a loud clunking sound. Does anyone know what it might be? I'm planning on taking it to get looked at, but I want an idea of what is wrong with it before I go...
