Can't seem to get interior lights to work properly. They stay on, so I pulled fuse. Is there a timer or someth.ing I should be looking for?

Did you pull the INT LAMP (Interior Lamp) fuse? If you did that feeds 12v directly into the BCM (Body Control Module).
The interior lights including fade out functions is control by the BCM. Remove the driver's side kickpanel and make sure both connectors on the BCM are secure. The BCM is located to the left under the dash by the emergency brake and it's the bigger of the two modules.
