opinion has changed

i was dissapointed before with my gt v6 but lastnight i was goin home and sitting at a light, light turns green i get on it a little then just coast
about 50, i look in my rear view and see halogens coming up on me fast, so i keep coasting at 50 and rrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmmm a g35 with exhaust and carbon fiber hood cam rippin by and slowed down till i get next to him im in 4th in my auto tiptronic i tap it down to third and floor it he heard me down shift so he jumped on it at the same time and we stayed side by side all the way to 110mph and we shut em down now im pleased with this car. its just not that good down low. some headers would do the trick, but mostly its that it is still just an auto from a sit still so i cant bring it up at a line....

the V6 has plenty of balls down low, its got alot of tourque (compared to most cars in its class)
the shift tronic mode adjusts to your driving habits... so if youre jus using your tib to get grocerys and dont really get on it too much, your shiftronic will shift similarly to your regular driving habits.. get what im saying...

hes a trick, if you want to get the most out of your tib in shiftronic mode (even tho its extremely boring)..
jus move it into shiftronic:
if youre at a light, and wanna go balls out, jsu leave it there and pedal to teh floor, dont even touch/ shift with your hand, jus leave it there....
if youre jus crusing, and want to downshift, let off teh gas, wait till teh rpms drop, down shift it, 1 or 2 gears, and then punch it... and once again leave it alone...
its hard to shift perfectly from 1st to 2nd, cause then if you mess up, youll go from 1st to 2nd to 3rd almost instantly...

hmmm nisco seems to know how to handle his Auot quite well.......

i know how to use it pretty good i like the raw power of slammin it to the floor in reg drive but down shifftin it works well to thats what kept me in it last night with the g35 ive tried both ways from a light against my friends eclipse and from a sit still it seems to pull stronger off the line in reg drive.??? it still needs a tune up and i know it has a high tourque number but its a heavy car so i think they r off setting them selves,also how do u think i did against that g35, my car only has the muffs unbolted and a cheap cone filter still,g35's came with way more power than my car and he wasnt stock

well the g35 driver must have sucked at driving... and you said we.. were you racing with someone else in your car?...

i dont condone street racing, and i actually have no respect for people who street race, but when youre racing with someone else in your car, youre a fucking retard... god knows youre endangering everyone on teh road...

I dont street race... we have 2 tracks in my area... LA County Race Way, and Willow Springs... Most of our street racers have figured out its cheaper to pay $10, to go to a course with lights and a solid 1/4 mile track... and do their betting and all there then risk all the tickets and BS you get for street racing... in my area its like 50 cops roll in, we had a couple kids die street racing so the tri-city area passed a joint bill that when street racing is going on all cities pitch cops in for the bust...

Learn proper grammar. If you talk s**t, to or about someone make sure they can't find such easy dirt on you. You can't even make a complete sentence... 2. Spell correctly, I can understand a word here or there, hell even the "u", "y" instead of spelling it out, look at what you type before you send it... 3. you have to grow up, and realize this is the internet, and what you read and how people feel about you/ your actions are only words on a monitor. If you get so worked up over little insignificant stuff like this, you have serious problems. None of these other members are "couping my baby balls" or "jumping on the bandwagon", they all have common sense like i do. i obviously cant stop you from street racing, and im honestly not even gonna try, jus sucks that the dmv would give someone like you a liscence, now everytime youre on teh road people's lives are at risk...
