E39 projector installs

Hey guys,
I have an 2001 540i with OEM xenons with AE. I bought the e39 projectors from umnitza with clears, which are for e39 from 1997-2000. My body shop is having difficulty installing and modifying them to fit my car. Does anyone have clears on their 2001 e39? If you do, how did you modify your car? I really want this look.
Several questions, are there any local people in Seattle, than can help me DIY?
or Do you guys know any good places around the Seattle area that can do custom work and have experience with lighting assemblies?
All help with be appreciated. For my car, it is extremely difficult to have the euro clears.
