If your bored and you know enough about honda motors please let me know how u think my new motor will cause my car to run in the quarter. Here are all the factors you may consider.
1)MY car- 90 civic hatch fully stipped to bare metal interior(one seat a guage cluster and seat belt inside)
2)B18C1 with everything ITR inside "everything"
the head is even flowed to match ITR specs by REALTIME
(Est. 200-210hp at the fly)
3)Cable Tranny with LSD and 4.4Final Drive
4)Stage 3 clutch/6puck/and 8.5lb flywheel
5)Street tires Kumho ecsta supra 712 205/50/15
6)92 octane fuel
7)experienced driver
my guess... 13.4???? anyone have any input before its all in next month? give your guess and justify it please with examples or your own experience

Sorry I just can't stand these kind of posts. I would hope you would run low 13's

should easily go 12's with traction and good driving seeing as the car is gutted but theres alot of things that factor in so you have to run and find out.

Yes, I have all that I have listed. I reserved the cable tranny as a deal with a friendly shop owner you could say. Supposedly, the cable LSD trannies are hard to find and this one has been test driven on to ensure no grinds. I'm pretty excited about it all, and I will run the car. If anyone would like to talk b-series I'm sure we could trade some knowledge and I'd appreciate and insight myself. Thanx
By the way This THREAD CAN BE KILLED. I understand I just got anxious and posted a thread like this. Next time it will be an actual racing story.

Whats the elevation there? Your in Wisconsin, which is somewhat close to me, so I wouldn't think its too bad.
I'd hope for mid to low 13's.
You might be able to pop into the 12's if your really good.
I say just go and race, that way you can tell us.

Elevation I will have to say I am ignorant of at the moment. I guess I will have to look it up. Thank your for considering my question seriously anyways. I will go run it and let u know how I did. also if you guys are interested i will add as many factors as possible to u can make a good comparison or understanding. Temp is finally starting to drop now outside so Im excited to run it in about a month or so.

You better run a pretty decent time with a gutted car, haha. So your running late September? I think you should race soon, so you can tell us what you ran, instead of leaving us in suspence.

I agree. I don't wanna sit here without a car for much longer either.

You will be mid to low 13's. If you put slicks on you might hit 12's on a good run. I'm waiting to complete my car too. It's a long and extremely anxious process.
