Well in my state thats illegal as hell because those plates are registered to a certain car like your auto if you switch those plates and get pulled over the cop will think your driving a stolen car or stole plates so you will get in major trouble

Yes, because the insurance is registered to only 1 VIN number.

yeeeeaaaahhhh.............. seriously i would never do that! lol you can get in so much trouble for that. Especially if you got in a wreck and the plates didnt match the car and you didnt have insurance on it!

so what car should I park now, I bought insurance for the 5 speed gs , and now in my town , people come and live here , cause new orlean is destroy , most of you may know, and that rita happent again , and more people move to where I live now , so every morning I go school , I stuck in the traffic like 30 min , when I ride 5 speed , people back of me or front of me piss of , cause my muffler. And I cant just sit there 30min , going first gear then neutral, gear neutral, that why Im riding the auto , no muffler , and I feel normal just like every one around me ( yes I do love my 5 speed over my auto ) but not in this situation.

Call your insurance company and tell them you want your coverage switched to the auto.

you call them and have it changed back, but you'll also have to go to the DMV and get a plate on your auto too.

I don't think your insurance company is gonna just let you switch back and forth cars whenever you feel like it. It is either insured, or not. They may allow it a few times, but after awhile they will catch on and be like wtf are you trying to pull. They will want you to insure both cars at the same time, and be done with it.

It should be common sence not to drive with plates registered to another vehichle, regardless if both are yours. Where I'm from 99.9% of cops run plates when they are behind you, and it shows on their monitor the make, model, trim, and color of the vehichle they're supposed to be on.
