00 vr6 air fuel problem

my check engine light is on. I had a throttle body cleaning and since then my light has been on. It idles eratically, sometimes sounds as if it is going to shut off and my gas mileage is not so good now. The gas pedal is very jumpy and overall does not have the performance it usually would have. any suggestions?

Sounds like the throttle body is faulty. COmmon failure on vr6 afp engines

also, when you wher cleaning your throttle body, did you use an oil based slippery cleaner? if so this can sometimes affect the mass air flow sensor causing your cjeck engine light to come on. w/e it is i dont think it will be over 130 to fix. is it severly hampering your ability to drive?
