Voyager Hand Brake Problems (I think) Help

I have a Chrystler Voyager 2002. I woke up this morning, Started the car, put the gear on D, But the car wouldn't want to move. I'm not a car savvy, but I think that it's a parking brake problem. The car's acting like it's being retained. I don't see any parking brake light on my dashboard though. I engaged, and disengaged the parking brake many times to see if the car would move, but without success. Can someone tell me what's wrong with the car. And could someone please give me a parking brake scheme, so I'll be able to disable it. Thanks beforehand
