Cold Air Intake

I want to put in a cold air intake into my 2001 Santa Fe V6. Where would I go to buy one? How hard is the installation and how much will it set me back? Would I have to keep the plastic engine cover off?

but thats for a 2.4L, I have the 2.7 V6. How long does the install take and how much ligher will my wallet be? Where can i pick this part up? I actually didn't see anything on eBay.
