trouble code 1300

I replaced the ingtion control unit and the same code comes up.
my wife is upset beceuse i spent 400 for a reader and the problem didn't go away.

What year model is your van?
After looking through my Haynes manual which covers up through 2002, I don't see a 1300 code.
