power windows relay switch

Hi, I have a 93 Ford Explorer. Both windows quit working same day, so I've been told it's either the fuse or the relay. Since fuse is ok, it has got to be relay. Problem is, I cannot find it. 96 manual says it's behind instrument panel. I don't have original manual. Does anyone know exactly where this thing is located? Thanks :banghead:
