How hard is it to replace the rear rotors on a 94 accord?

Simple
Pull off the caliper & caliper bracket
Remove 2 phillips screws holding rotor on if they haven't been busted off already.
The hardest part is getting the screws out without using the correct tool. You should us an Impact driver, its basically a screwdriver bit you hit with a hammer. Most auto parts stores can rent you one or you may buy one.
here is one for ref. - http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_SessionID=@@@@1836624771.1127793904@ @@@&BV_EngineID=ccjcaddfkkmeddecegecegjdghldggo.0&pid=00947641000&vertical=TOOL
