hood release 87 deville

i have 87 caddilic deville and hood release cable broke i cant get hood open i taken of grill but still cant get at latch to open hood any one know how to get this open

Look in Cadillac nonspecific. there is a thread there about a broken hood cable. Good Luck Dave
