Going for the 302 (finally)

I own this 2.3 86 stang, and i'm sick of people racing me with 1.6 honda civics!!!
well I've always wanted to turbo it, but i just can't find an engine (I live in Lima Peru), but here there are a lot of 302 thata you can find really really cheap.
So i'm going for it.

I need to know what do I need to do this the right way.
also wato to know if my tranny is going to hold all those extra HP.
Its a stick.
