garrett t3/t4

hi i just got a garrett t3/t4 turbo for my 93 mr2 3sgte the turbo comes with the manifold adapter and all the lines but i don`t know what else do i need to install the turbo in my car and to make it run at the perpect psi what else do i need?
can somebody help me with that.

a downpipe, and as far as what psi to run it at: take it to a dyno and have it tuned.
