sr20de vet motor

i am thinking about buying a 1991 240sx with a sr20de for 2500 it needs some work id it worth it or not? HELP!

What needs work. Cosmetic or mechanical, etc. More info. Miles on chassis and engine? Tranny ever rebuilt?

Make sure your getting an SR20, SR20's sell for more then 2500$

Nothing there. Anyway, just go to imageshack.us and upload it. Show a link(dont need the pic) and we can click it and it will show up. I would to it personally, but if it was poorly maintained, you could easily spend 1000 bucks on necessary repairs. So, just go to imageshack and show us.

so then someone else swapped this in already. Give a good test drive, that would say more than us looking at a pic of a red valve cover. Body damage...what 240 doesnt.....but if its mechanically screwed, you may just want to pass on it.

here's more info The car has 163,00 miles but the engine has just 70,000 miles. The price is
for the car and engine. We don't know what is wrong with the car, it starts
with a jump (it need a battery for sure), but runs rough. It would have to
be towed. The car is in fair condition. There is some frame rust and some
around the mirror.

Id hold off on buying a car and do a little bit more research.
