Checking in/Saying Hi with Pics

Hey all. I was just checking in after Hurricane Katrina. This was one of the forums I posted on alot when I had time to post.

As some of you may know, I live in Hancock county which is the westmost Mississippi costal county. We were basically the hardest hit by hurricane Katrina. Everything I owned is gone. Cars, house, everything. We are still without power/water and will probably be without it for another month or so. I am currently at a family members house about 40 miles east or where my house was. Here are a few pics of the area I live in:

Those are all different streets in my general area. Here are a few more pics. All of these use to be million dollar beach homes, and now there is nothing left but stilts where they used to be.

PS: Thanks a TON to anyone and everyone who is donating time and/or money to the relief efforts down here. It is truly makikng a difference, and everyone is eternally grateful for it.

it's good to hear from you and that you're ok, like i told you on aim. It really sucks that you lost all that you did. especially the Nova, after all the time money and work you put into it. Hopefully things will work out for the best.

Thats horrible. I can't believe you lost everything, cars, house, belongings, its sad. Does insurance cover all this though? Goodluck, atleast you made it out safe.
