Are you sure it does not have a EGR?

I believe only racing engines do not have a EGR because on a street car the combustion chamber would get too hot and the engine would detonate.

JDM cars do not have an EGR. You will be swapping all the stuff from your car, so no big deal.

do you have a vr4 right now? If so, yes, you will swap all your stuff onto the JDM engine.

You'd probably be swapping over all the accessories like alternator for example...depends though, ask him whats included with it...and ask him if the wiring harness is cut or intact. And the main reason you would buy an engine is for the bottom end and head.

its everything rear front axles trans whole eninge... and yes full wiring harness in tact..so why would i ahev to swap both engines parts when it comes with everything... i need to know how to factor in the EGR valve so it pases emmisions... could u jsut swap the exhaust manifold????

You will have two 99% identical engines. You can just take accesories from one and attach them to the other...no big deal. Small stuff like EGR adn PCV valves from an old motor wont damage a new one. I havn't done it, but I can't think of any forseeable issues. Should all be like plug and play. Think of it like a computer. Your old one gets a virus on it, but you can still plug the old printer and monitor into your new CPU.
