I recently had some damage taken to my fender, and my driver side indicator light shattered. The bulb is intact, so i just bought a pair of corner lights for 20 bux (after shipping). Thing is, i got them Clear Euro style.

Is it legal to have white indicator lights? or do i need the amber bulb cover? see, i have the amber bulb cover intact from the old light, but that was easy to take out cuz the outside plastic had shattered. I didn't realize that the entire plastic perimeter is glued onto the fixture. I don't think i'm gonna be able to get that bulb cover in. Are there amber colored bulbs that i can get? or is it fine leaving it white?

They need to be amber. There are a ton of companies that sell the amber bulbs. The other way you could go is to paint your corner lenses with some transparent amber/orange paint.

All the chain autoparts stores (advanced, autozone, pepboys, etc) have amber colored bulbs.

Those corner lights are pretty cheap. After a while, condenstation will start to inside the housing. IOf i were you I would apply a strip of silicone along the edges.
