00 Civic SI vs 04 RalliArt for $100

A friend challenge me to race him in his 00 Civic SI aginst my 04 RalliArt for $100. My car is bone stock. His car just has headers and a intake. So should i take the challenge or not?

its a drivers race, the Ralliart has 8 more hp and a decent amount more torque but is heavier and has worse gearing. If you think you can drive better than he can and can afford to lose, I'd take the race.

Is the integra GSR faster then the Civic si? I've raced 3 different GSRs and won all 3. I also raced intergra type R and he beat me only by the length of his car and he had some mods done to his motor.

they were bad drivers then. im sure they werent true gsr's or a real type r.

I now the people who drive those gsr's, they or gsr's. My girl as a gsr and i drive it all the time and my lancer is faster and it has way more torque. I raced my friends hooked up gsr against my girl's stock gsr and i lost. I raced the same gsr in my RalliArt twice and beat him by 2 car lenghts twice.

MIVEC's better then VTEC's

I can see beating a GSR, it only has 2 more hp and way less torque and ways about the same as a Ralliart.

Most GSR's run about the same as Si's, maybe a tad bit faster as they're a little easier to drive.

yesterday I raced my friend in his Civic si. We raced best 2 of 3. I only needed 2 races.

I smoked him off the line. I got my hole car in front of his. In 2nd gear I was able to pull a little more ahead. In 3rd he moved up to where my back passenger door is. Then I slamed 4th and I pulled alway beating him by at lest 2 car lenght.

We only ended up racing for $70, that cheap ass! Thats ok, I see it as free gas money for my ride.

Oh, that was the 1st race. The 2nd race had the same results. He might of been a little closer but that was probably becuz I didn't have as good as a take off as i did in the 1st race.
