Hard turning and clunks

I've got a 1990 Regal GS Custom 3.1L V6 w/ 203k, just recently started having problems turning once the wheel is almost all the way to the right. Power steering fluid is fine, and It steers fine everywhere else until I have a few inches of turning left. Any ideas?

Also when I go from reverse to Drive and tap the brake I hear (and feel) a clunk coming from the front right wheel, but not when I go from drive to reverse? Could that be part of the problem?
