Custom ITR

Used the SAS hood, the front end from the Revell Civic hatch, the skirts from the civic coupe and the rims from the r34. the rear valence is custom from epoxy putty

Still need to clear coat (will do after sponsor decals)
paint is tamiya orange and light gun metal over aluminum

interior is black with orange accents from the VW beetle kit with a flat clear coat over. speakers from www.thepartsbox.com and will fill shelf with flock

I also like the paint scheme, the feel's front actually looks really cool. Those big subs or speakers look outta place to me though... keep it up

Coming out very nicely, the orange realt pops! I think a little orange up front to somehow break up that silver will REALLY tie it together perfectly! Keep up the great work. :cool:

Enjoy. Orange decals from revell custom beetle. Front end from civic hatch custom. rear valence from putty and Paint ts orange and light gunmetal with 1 layer of clear top coat. Rims are Veilside 19's. FMIC is from The Parts Box and NX nos tank is from some jada toys car.

nice painjob, although it isnt my style, and im not sure about the veilside rims. Veilside makes nice bodykits, but i aint sure about their rims actually.

Nice clean build! I couldn't done all that bodywork better myself! One thing, why does it have an FMIC (whatever Ic for that matter) when it's normally aspirated? Is it suppose to be a fake IC?

i have no idea what any of that means. I'm in med school, not mechanic school. The intercooler I thought would just look cool. Has nothing to do with "aspiration" (that word to me means inhaling a liquid/solid through your windpipe to your lungs instead of down your food tube to your stomach)

Naturally aspirated means that the engine is feed of the air that goes into the engine via airbox/intake. There is no type of forced induction like a turbo which the front mount intercooler would be connected to...............*Ryan*

thanks for clearing that up. So what if this engine had a turbo? Would an FMIC be more than fake then? This stuff is so confusing :dunno:

missed this one, paint job is amazing, to me though the rims don't really fit the teg. On the other hand the detail is remarkable!!
